Angry Man Batters Two Female Police Officers Who Tried To Arrest Him In Lagos

A man has arrived stuck in an unfortunate situation after supposedly battering two female cops recognized as Inspector, Helen Ibeabuchi and Sergeant Deborah Jugal, while they went to play out their legal obligation in Lagos.
The officers were supposedly abused and nearly mobbed by the suspect, Wale Ogunsanmi, who prepared a group against them and they were ambushed.
The occurrence occurred at Muyibat Oyefusi Crescent, Phase 1, Omole Estate, Lagos, where Mr. Ogunsanmi lived.
It was scooped that the officers from Area F Command went to the house in the domain to capture the presume following a request of against him by an undisclosed solicitor. They arrived and requested him to tail them to the Police Command for cross examination. In any case, Mr. Ogunsanmi disclosed to them that he had no issue with anybody and was not going anyplace.
The police affirmed that he ambushed the female cops when they endeavored to constrain him to tail them; he opposed, made a scene, professedly assaulted the officers and the group he had pulled in accumulated around the officers presumably to horde them before they figured out how to get away.
The officers came back to the Command, announced the end result for them and the police prepared, captured Ogunsanmi and kept him at the Command.
He was later charged under the watchful eye of the Ikeja Magistrates court for strike and gathering swarm against the female cops. He argued not blameworthy.
The prosecutor, Mr. Benson Emuerhi did not restrict his safeguard. Hence, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. O. Sule-Amzat allowed him safeguard in the aggregate of N20,000 with two sureties in like total.
He was remanded in jail guardianship pending when he will culminate the safeguard condition. The issue was dismissed till 12 July, 2018.
